Promoting and talking about your charity at a New Egham Singers concert
• Talk should be no longer than 4 minutes
• Brief outline of what your charity does
• Difference it makes to local people's lives (NES aims to help local charities)
• How is your charity funded - why donations are so important
• Feel free to bring promotional material (posters, notice boards etc) which can be displayed at the concert for people to browse before the concert, during the break and after the concert
• Similarly you may bring your charity's merchandise for sale
• Have available collecting buckets to soak up loose change as the audience leave
• NES may be able to have staff to serve wine and soft drinks at the rear of the concert hall during the interval and after the concert, against a donation in support of your charity. This facility depends on the concert location. Please ask for details.
• Facilities MIGHT be available to serve teas during the interval in a separate hall, but NES would not be able to staff this. Ask us for information if you think this further small source of revenue is of interest
