Egham Choral Christmas Concert
Egham Choral will be performing their Christmas concert on Saturday 13th December at St Paul's Church Egham Hythe TW18 3HJ commencing at 7.30. They are our “Sister Choir,” so it would be great to support them. And if you care to do some front of house, you can even see them for free! Please see Robert Couper if you are interested in helping out.
Magna Carta Update
The eagle eyed among you might have noticed that Magna Carta Day in the Upcoming Dates section has changed from Monday to Sunday. This is because although Monday, June 15 is officially Magna Carta Day, we are actually performing at Royal Holloway College on Sunday, June 14. Please update your calendars if you have made a note of this event.
Tour 2015: Save the Date
Our 2015 tour will be taking place from the 17 – 19 July. More details will be available in the New Year.
NES is always on the lookout for new charities to support. We prefer our charities to be local to our community. This includes the community that you as a member live in – not just Egham and Staines. And they must be non-denominational and non-political. If you have a charity that you would like put forward for consideration, please contact our chairman, David Evans, either at rehearsal or at email@example.com
We are implementing a new process to hopefully make our newsletters even more wonderful and error-free. To this end, it is more important than ever that copy reaches the secretary no later thanWednesday evening. To submit an item to the NES weekly newsletter, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your article no later than Wednesday evening. Please include a contact e-mail address which can be included in your posting. If you would like your item repeated, please let the secretary know on a weekly basis. Only items directly related to EDCS can be published. Other notices can be posted on our notice board which is displayed every week at rehearsal.
